Sales

1. All sales are considered final when payment and delivery are completed.

2. Software products are sold and governed by their respective licenses.

3. Software is sold as is, with no warranty implied or granted, including warranty associated with product performance, salability, of compatibility with other products.

4. Liability is absolutely limited to the actual cost of product paid by customer.
