Shipments and returns

Your shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. 

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs.  We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Note: ALL Customs Fees and Duties are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local UPS brokerage prior to placing your order for an estimate of the customs fees and duties that will be charged.

The Green Building Bookstore will NOT refund shipping charges on refused shipments.

Book Return Policy

You may return any new, unopened book sold and fulfilled by Green Building Bookstore within 30 days of delivery for 100% store credit.  Green Building Bookstore will pay the return shipping costs is the return is a result of our error - - i.e. you received the incorrect item, your item was defective, etc.  Your store credit will be applied and available to you immediately upon your return being processed by the Green Building Bookstore warehouse.  No item may be returned for any reason more than 30 days after delivery.
